Are you the type of person who chooses sleeping in for an extra 15 minutes over eating breakfast at home?
If so, I feel your pain. The struggle between staying in bed and having time to eat breakfast is real. But, as they say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day so here are some on the go breakfasts that will make your decision to sleep in easier (while also properly fueling up for the day).
Prep baggies of smoothie ingredients in the freezer so that in the morning all you have to do is grab one of the bags, add it to the blender with your base of choice (juice, water, milk or milk substitute), pour into a to-go cup and sip away! You can prep a few different kinds of smoothie bags so that you can choose based on your mood in the morning.
My go to combo is: banana, spinach, almond butter, oats (or hemp hearts), and almond milk.
Not all granola bars are made equal. A lot have added sugars, preservatives, chemicals, and other unnecessary things that give you the illusion of eating something healthy when in reality you’re not.

Yogurt and Granola
Put a few scoops of yogurt and a handful of granola in a to-go coffee cup if finding a mason jar and top is too complicated for you in the morning. Don’t forget to grab a spoon, and you’re all set!
